Zanne Hollingshead is a trauma-informed well-being advocate, certified life coach, peer group facilitator and community-builder trained through Martha Beck’s world renowned Wayfinder Life Coaching program, and certified in Mother Loss Support via Claire Bidwell Smith and Hope Edelman’s program for professionals.
Specializing in support for individuals and groups navigating personal and professional transitions related to loss, grief, and midlife changes, Zanne uses extensive tools, techniques and modalities collected through decades of trainings and experiences to walk alongside her clients, assisting them on their healing and growth journeys through life's challenges and transitions. Zanne's experience of early childhood mother loss, sibling loss and the loss of dear friends informs her professional framework and integrated approaches to nurturing those traversing myriad intersections within their personal and professional healing journeys, on their way to new beginnings.
In her work with Hope Edelman, New York Times Bestselling author of Motherless Daughters and The Aftergrief, you will find Zanne co-facilitating weekly Motherless Daughters Community Calls and leading the 12-week Support Circles Curriculum for Early Childhood, Adolescent and Young Adult Mother Loss, which she helped develop in 2023.
As a life-long seeker and support companion who leads with her heart, relentless research and personal practice, Zanne knows that deep healing and transformation is possible through patient, gentle, courageous, intentional, safe and supported exploratory inner work, coupled with integrative + somatic therapeutics, peer support systems and education.
